Relax at the end of the week with a guided meditation and delicious three course vegetarian meal.
Friday night has never been so fine as at Buddha Land's monthly 'Stop the Week'. The evening begins with a guided meditation and short talk to bring some inner peace and spiritual focus to the week. This can get neglected during the busyness of the week so this is chance to readdress the balance. After this it's to the dinning room for supper which has excelled its self on every occasion. It is also a fantastic opportunity to meet others who are interested in meditation and maybe to learn a tip or two.
We only cater for the number booked so please let us know in advance if you would like to come. It is usually possible to cater for special dietary requirements if good notice is given.
