Keighley Buddhist Meditation Classes
The meditation classes in Keighley teach how to gain an experience of inner peace though meditation. They are a great way to learn to meditate, to improve your meditation practice, or to learn new meditation techniques. Through meditation we can learn to relax, let go of our daily concerns and develop a fresh and positive outlook.

The evening classes in Keighley are taught by Kelsang Päljin the Resident Teacher of Buddha Land Buddhist Centre, Keighley. Kelsang Päljin is a Buddhist monk with many years experience of practising and teaching Kadampa Buddhism. He is able to explain clearly and simply how we can apply meditation in our daily lives and so experience deep and lasting happiness.
Everyone is welcome. The evening classes last two hours and include guided meditations, a talk explaining how to practice and apply meditation, group discussion and refreshments. These classes are self contained, so you can attend individual classes if you choose.
In addition to the evening classes there is a Friday lunch time class and Prayers for World Peace on a Sunday morning which are shorter in duration. They included guided meditations and explanation of how to practice meditation. These classes are taught by experienced students of the centre.
