Winter Warmer Raffle
If you have been to our meditation room, you will have noticed that it has a large window area, which is beautiful but this beauty comes at a cost – it is extremely difficult to retain the heat in the winter. Also, as we are opposite the bus station, a wonderful central location but the downside is that it can be noisy and interfere with our development of inner peace! So, we have decided that secondary glazing would provide the dual solution of keeping the heat in and the noise out but it is expensive – around £6,000. The sponsored walk earlier this year raised over £1,200 and the promise auction £600 so we still have some way to go till we reach our target.
Now the colder weather is starting to appear, we are reminded of how cold our meditation room can be! So we need a lot of help and support for our Seasonal Raffle. We shall be selling raffle tickets at our classes and events but you can also buy them on line below. If you think you could sell some tickets amongst your family friends or colleagues, please drop us an email.
