Meditation Day Courses

Day courses are an ideal way to gain experience of meditation and inner peace. Each course examines a particular topic in greater depth than would be possible in an evening class. Particular attention is paid to how meditation can be used in practice especially in solving problems in our daily life. The cost is £20 for the day which includes lunch. You can book by contacting the centre or using our online booking page.
The day courses at Buddha Land are taught by Gen Kelsang Päljin a Buddhist Monk and the Resident Teacher of Buddha Land Kadamapa Buddhist Centre.
