Colne Buddhist Meditation Classes
The evening meditation classes in Colne teach how to gain an experience of inner peace though meditation. They are a great way to learn to meditate, to improve your meditation practice, or to learn new meditation techniques. Through meditation we can learn to relax, let go of our daily concerns and develop a fresh and positive outlook.

The classes in Colne are taught by Helen Richardson who is a teacher from Buddha Land Buddhist Centre which is based in Keighley. Helen is an experienced teacher who has been practicing for many years. With great clarity and warmth she is able to explain how to use meditation to solve the problems we encounter in our day and find a lasting source of happiness.
Everyone is welcome. Each class lasts two hours and includes guided meditations, a talk explaining how to practice and apply meditation, group discussion and refreshments. These classes are self contained, so you can attend individual classes if you choose.
