Colne Buddhist Meditation Classes
The evening meditation classes in Colne teach how to gain an experience of inner peace though meditation. They are a great way to learn to meditate, to improve your meditation practice, or to learn new meditation techniques. Through meditation we can learn to relax, let go of our daily concerns and develop a fresh and positive outlook.
Everyone is welcome. Each class lasts one and a half hours and includes guided meditations, a talk explaining how to practice and apply meditation and group discussions. These classes are self contained, so you can attend individual classes if you choose.
The Colne class has temporarily closed. We will endeavour to reopen it as soon as possible. In the meantime Burnley and Barnoldswick are the closest of our meditation classes.
Day and Time
In addition to Colne the meditation class also covers towns and villages in the Pendle area including Trawden, Barrowford and Nelson.
