
Meditation Workshops
The meditation workshops are shorter and lighter than our day courses, providing quality meditation with clear explanations of the techniques required to create stillness within. A meditation workshop consists of three one hour sessions. The first two sessions are guided meditations with teachings, then after a light lunch there is final guided meditation this time combined with discussion.
The emphasis is on practicing meditation and applying the experience we gain from it to improve the quality of our life. If you are new to meditation or would like to improve a workshop is ideal for you. They are a perfect way to both relax and develop internally.
Refreshments are served between the sessions and there will be a light lunch at 12.30pm. The cost of the workshop is £12.50 (GP Centre Card £5). Please book in advance so that we can cater for everyone.

Thinking Outside the Box
Sunday 20 April: 10.00am - 2.00pm
Although we search for ways to calm our busy thoughts and create some stillness in our mind and life, we have little lasting success in achieving this. In this course, we will discover to develop lasting inner peace we have to think outside the box of our current beliefs. By putting these methods into practice, we can end our search and abide in the stillness within.
The Art of Being Happy

AWe all wish to have people around us who we love and trust
and who respect and love us in return. However, frequently
our relationships are beset by difficulties and our experience of
love is not stable and problem free.
By reducing our attachment to others and developing unconditional love, we can
become peaceful and happy.
Stop Worrying and Start Living
Sunday 6 July: 10am - 2.00pm
It would seem that in spite of all our material and technological
progress, stress is a factor in most of our lives. We are often too
stressed, anxious and worried to enjoy our lives. In this course, we
will explore just how precious our life is and how we can use it to
make lasting changes, which will benefit not only ourself but also those close to us.
We really can start living!
